I'm really getting heartbroken because of some people. I like playing this game and I don't want to stop, but I'll really have to. Every 2-3 games there's that one person that calls me a r%%%%%, or something else. Before you say anything, yes, I mute and report them... ...but the heartbreak is already done. I have a condition that makes me react to harrassment really seriously, and I just can't handle all of this. Can any of you give me advice? Please?
Beyond taking a break from League, and/or maybe queuing up with a premade of friends you know and trust, I can't think of much that would be of real use to you, besides my usual shpiel of breathing exercises and vent options.
Take a break, a few days or even weeks should help you, for a while at least.
I know it's sometimes really hard to ignore them, but you can't let them get to you. Remember, it's just people over the internet. You will never meet them, and they will not matter in your life whatsoever.
/mute all - at the beginning of every game. It's all you can do. The trolls will never go away, it's just human nature.
other than stop playing theres only one thing you can do. play with 2-4 friends for the best experience

Come duo with me. I'm a reformed player. I don't even rage at my enemies and will stick up for you.
Play bots, sadly thats all you can do. Watch out though there are many butt holes there too.
I would say to mute all, but they would still be able to hinder your game by soft inting or something.
All I can think is just start all muting as the game starts so the damage cant be done in the first place. I would make suggestions on how to ignore insults from random anonymous strangers, but you have a "condition" so I guess that means you just have to take it personally.

Well that kind of settles it. You should straight up quit the game, play with full premades and mute all chat, or mute all every game
