Got permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party.

It happened when preaseson went live. I opened my client, log in and received this message (link applied). The interesting part that I didnt use anything (hacks, scripts, etc) that was described in the letter I got from Riot Support. I am silver III on this account, played during the year, mostly normal games (ranked - only support), I didnt expect that I will face those problems someday in the future and like there was no reason to me getting banned. I was harmless (I am pacific person) and most likely neutral to loses. The other day I wonder about afford to myself first purchase (which was Little Devil Teemo (first skin for my main champion)) I got some RP and bought it. I was so hyped about it and bought some skins on discount too. It was not possible to play league after because I went on vacation and shouldn't be able to return till some weeks. When my vacation was over, I ran league client, it is already was end of the season and preseason update. Patch was download, I log in, and, just stooped, I was permanently suspended. I went into riot support thread, I sent ticket that pretty much the same as the writings here, I told about my guiltlessness and that they should get through investigation on my activity in games and detect use of hacks and stuff. But be permanently banned for no reason (within 1 year of playing without any suspensions and warnings) feels really disturbing right now. I wouldn't even trying to defend myself and typed that backstory here if i was sure that riot will help me to regain access to my account but now after their reply... I am not sure anymore. I was kind of searching for people with the same problem (unfair permanent ban) and saw a huge amount of them/ Of people who spent so much time and money on league and who got just deleted for minor offenses.
