So i'm a noob, why am I also teemed up with toxic "pros" in solo queue?

Look, I get it. I'm not playing the way you want me to and you could do better. My point is, the amount of time I've put into this game is probably around less than a month. I don't know all the champs. I don't know all the ults to the champs. I don't know all their mechanics. I don't know If one champ does attack damage or magic damage.

I try to let people know i'm new from the very beginning so they can dodge or whatever the hell it's called. For someone who's like less than a month in total game time I think i'm at least showing the effort by trying to read up on terminology and stuff regarding ults, champ roles, etc etc.

So why does this game pair me with all these super player people? And why don't they leave when i mention just how new I am. I want to love this game it's fun when i'm with my friends but the kicker is that they're all max level and i'm only like 16 now. I'm trying. So why is this game promoting toxicity, and if it isn't then why aren't they doing anything about it?

EDIT:

Yeah i'm sorta ranting here, but it's also like feedback/need advise too. From someone who's new to this game, we all start somewhere.

Where to start...

Well I guess first off a lot of people like to create secondary (or tertiary, or more) "smurf" accounts for (insert reason). So even though they may be experienced and knowledgeable about the game, their matchmaking score is a clean slate since they started a new account. This teams them up with other similarly low-MM people, which unfortunately includes actual new people. The disconnect in skill level is most likely due to this.

As for dodging, it incurs a penalty when queueing for your next game. And that penalty increases the more you continue to do it. So that's why people don't want to leave champion select.

Moving into the game now, if people start screaming at you for doing poorly, try not to get riled up and simply re-explain your situation: you're still new and trying to learn. Some people may have forgotten between champ select and game start.

If they're were being extremely rude, or continue to be so, report them at the end of the game (the ! symbol at the end-game stats screen). Mute them in-game if it doesn't seem like they'll shut up or if you just don't want to see their chat anymore.

Whatever you do, don't go insulting them back. It doesn't matter who started it, you're responsible for how you conduct yourself. If you respond like a jerk, you will likely also get reported.

Because Internet and Video game.

Also they do , do things about , its just that keeping track of 67 million + players, some bad apples stay in the patch for longer.

(Or you're just really freaking unlucky)

Because toxic pros, being toxic, are going to lose their games no matter how good they are since they had no intention to win to begin with. Thus, insufficiently skilled players who tend to lose more would end up with pros that purposely harm their teams to lose more games. Your best bet is report and hope riot will remove them, which riot has been too lenient at thus far.

why is this game promoting toxicity

We have a live one here.

I predict he will have a "PERMABANNED BC MY TEAM INSULTED ME" thread within 6 months.

Yeah the new player experience in League is down right awful and I'm sorry you have to put up with it. Just keep doing what your doing and try to play with friends as often as possible. You'll naturally pick up on other champions ults and kits as you play the game. Just keep girding to 30, you can do it!

And i know its tough to ignore people when they are people just plain mean. Unfortunately your best course of action is to reexplain your situation and if they are still asses just mute them and pretend they are cpus.
