Honoring flamer and troll

Hello Community. What can I do when one player from our team is feeding as hell and flaming everyone around? Report him. But what can I do with enemy who is honoring that toxic player?

I will add I didn't flame. He just say that because he thought that lux will give me report for no reason I understand that behavior in normal games but in rankeds? Ehh...
