Please add a new report function.

I personally think there should be an additional report function. A report button for people who don't attempt to help. I know its not something that would commonly happen is higher skilled games. There are a large amount of players who choose to be pissy and not help the team, especially in silver and bronze ranks. Like for instance the jungler just not going for any objectives, it damages your chances of winning and i think even if your not a jungle main you know the importance of objectives. But sadly some jungle's couldn't be bothered. Also the scion strategy , its hard winning a 4v5 team fight as well on top of the disadvantage fed enemy champions due to the strategy. Thank you.
