changes to LP

ok so im pretty sure that my last game i played had a duo of scripters, i could be wrong but i have never played a 3 grab blitz game before, so i think what should happen is not only should said players get ban but the other team get a loss prevention and refunded LP... i know it doesnt happen often but when it does and those people get flagged for cheating you shouldnt be punished... i lost 20 LP due to scripters. was no way of ever being able to beat them. but with that being said, i think it extreme cases LP should be refunded, such as cheating, or you have a troll feeding team (not just bad players losing, but intentionally feeding), or now post 3 min AFK's
