Look at the match as Mundo. My jungler is still level 1, has bought no items. He spent the entire game in base connecting and reconnecting. System would not let us remake. I had an afk jungler from the beginning and was not allowed to remake. Riot, I thought you solved this. I have heard from many other players of seeing a similar thing. If you have a system that lets you remake if a teammate isn't there, please make sure it works.

Apparently riot doesn't care as I just had a game where the support bought items then disconnected for 5-10 minutes and were not able to remake.

The remake system isn't perfect but its better than nothing. Remember its still new. I'm sure if they find good solutions that can be properly implemented they will.

You have to be AFK for a certain amount of time in order for remake to be available. Going off memory I think it's 90 seconds (could be wrong on the exact time -- you can look it up). Remake is for those who never connect in the first place -- not those who are trying to fix their connection at the beginning of the game.

You're right about this. This is a major problem and Leaverbuster is not at all a reasonable solution either. Someone having to wait 15-20 extra minutes to queue again for leaving/emo quitting a game is not at all enough of a deterrent. That person, due to their own selfishness, has wasted at least 30-40 minutes of 9 other people's time, not to mention the loss of IP for those that didn't deserve it. It has been suggested that someone that emo quits/leaves, especially multiple times either receive a ban (preferred) or as a minimum the other players on their team should not be punished by losing IP through no fault of their own.

You can put in place safeguards that if for some reason your internet goes out or your house is hit by a meteor that you get a one time pass. But frankly, even if your internet is just spotty so you DC from a lot of games, then you should still be punished as the results are the same whether you meant to do it or not.
