Well, if you're going to flame and harass and abuse your teammates, then yes, anything you say will be punishable.

But most people don't call their teammates apes and harass them for the entire game.

I mean the word that comes to mind when reading your chat is 'insufferable'.

Plus, I don't think you've done the research especially with a control group to say stuff like "Might as well remove chat, cause anything you say nowadays is reportable" with any sort of believable confidence.
