This is the chat that got me permanently banned... ??? Too Harsh??????

Riot today decided to issue me a permanent ban after a I was reported for using harsh language in a game. I take it a bot reads the chat logs first because I was in a 4v5 with a troll and i feel like its fair for context to be understood in these games before issuing PERMANENT BANS. My support was stealing my CS the entire game and feeding, this caused one of our other teammates to quit hence the 4v5. The game continues and I'm letting out some of my anger in chat cause i'm angry i'm stuck with a troll. Pretty normal.

I get that I used harsh language. But I do not think what I said warrants a PERMANENT BAN especially given the circumstances. Everyone in ranked is just trying to advance and to get stuck in a game with a troll and then get PERMANENTLY BANNED for it is rather egregious.

I have had people say worse things to me over the state of a game and doubt they got permanently banned for it. Maybe a week ban but not permanent.

After not reading it, but scrolling down and seeing alot of swearing and censoring, yes it is worth punishment.

And after your 14 day ban you were told that any bad behaviour won't be tolerated

After your 14days ban , it clearly says if you are toxic one more time no matter how much the punishment is gonna be Pernament. So yeah , you are responsible for your own behaviour , Riot gave you a lot of chances to change but you didnt used them so you lost your account. Good luck buddy!

On your 14 day ban reform card it CLEARLY said that the next offense would lead to a permanent suspension

You don't get insta perma banned for the 1st offense. So if someone was saying harsh things to you, they might've gotten chat restricted, 14 day banned or perma banned. You have no way of knowing what punishment they got Also, 1 week bans don't exist. 14 day ban is the shortest ban

You may not think you should be punished for your behavior, but Riot thinks you should. Given that they told you what behavior they'd ban you for several times already, you shouldn't be surprised that you got banned after engaging in that behavior.
