Hi guys I'm wondering if you guys could help

Today i permabanned, but I really don't think i did anything wrong. All i played today was 2 custom games with my friends around 6ish and went out to grab some fastfood. I came back around 7pm. And I received "summoner has been permanently suspended" message. The message also told me to check my email, and so i did. I proceeded to check my email but nothing came up. I checked the repayment site cause i bought some rp and maybe it was chargeback. This ended up with nothing. I have a 0$ balance. I've been banned before on other accounts for toxic behavior, but I've cleaned up my act after i got a 10 game chat ban on this account which has been about a month or 2 ago. I'm curious if any of you have had this problem as well. I've sent a ticket to support. Wish me luck! UPDATE the chat ban was back in April, about 4 months of being tolarable.
