The punishment system is unjust. Why do some get bans and others don't for the same thing ?

So a month or two ago I had this AD carry who decided to intentionally feed because he didn't like Veigar support. In my frustration I started to feed too to end the game quicker. I was slapped immediately with a 14 ban after the game ended. It didn't even take a a good second after the game ended.

Yesterday, I had a game where the enemy team had an AD carry who started to feed intentionally from something like 5 minutes into the game. He did the exact same I did, yet he received no punishment. I looked him up and see that he is still playing.

Was this system always so bullshit ? Can someone tell me how did he escape punishment and I did not. I would like to know so can get away with shit too.

Because the tribunal system has worked this way for quite a loooooong time now. If you do it consistently, expect to get caught and punished. So just because you saw someone do something IN ONE GAME, doesn't mean they will get punished for something.

It definitely sounds like there is wayyyyy more to the story here.

The system is a little more complex then "we both cussed at each other in this one game and I got punished and they didn't."

You probably already had some "points" accrued and they didn't.

The punishments are always consistent with two things: severity and quantity. The punishments are directly related to these two, and aren't related to others' actions.

its because the system looks for rather then the "most toxic" player. it simply looks for the most reported
