Is there any way to stop intentional feeders / script bots mid-game?

I just had to suffer a game in which our team had not one but two deliberate feeders. One ended 0/14 other ended 0/15 in a 20 minute match. That means that counting run times they died within a few seconds every single time.

I can't say for absolute surety that the 0/14 was deliberate rather than just poor skill since it happened in a different lane, but the 0/15 went my lane and was obvious about his feeding. He waited til an enemy was hitting him then deliberately stood in place not firing back, or if the enemy swapped targets he'd then deliberately run into the turret to force a death giving the kill credit to the enemy for damaging too.

I obviously reported them both when the match ended but is there any way to get rid of such people mid-game BEFORE they have ridiculously overfed an enemy? The one enemy on our mid lane gained at least 5 levels over any other enemy just off of killing the one guy and don't get me started on how overfed he became in gear and abilities.

Please tell me there is something that can be done mid-match to evict or restrict from leaving base people like this.

EDIT: After reading other threads I suspect this "intentional feeder" was actually a bot user just auto leveling their account. The behavior I witnessed perfectly is described in threads complaining about it.
