I see that in my games (silver2) at least 1 player get flamed EVERY game. I feel like its just not ok. Riot need to do something about the chati n low elo. When someone is saying "kys" getting reported. But not banned. Thats just not good. I know just if youre the last one to report someone you get the message. But why doesnt he (the player) get banned right after saying this? (When rhe game ends)

Enemy team talking trash and it's tilting you? Use the mute button.
You are tilted and want to focus without getting distracted by chat? Type in /fullmute all
Riot doesn't and shouldn't care what anyone says in a chat box on a video game what they have done is plenty, they have given the community the tools to police themselves.
Because at the end of the day it always comes back to that old saying: Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.

Man, I hate to tell you, but it's not at all better in Plat 5. I'm not there (I'm silver 1) , but I have a friend who just got there and he's telling me, it's even worse than in low elo. Because in low Plat you have all these people who think they're the shit (when in fact they are just shit) and all the people who paid for elo boosting mixed together with the people who are actually climbing to diamond/master and just have to get through plat first, and they flame, curse, are toxic af, and even more so, they just afk and open lanes after firstblood, ALL the time. I see exactly that also happening when I watch low plat streamers, it appears to be very true.
Make accounts bond to the owner's SSN or passport. Show their ID pictures in game while they are playing. They will not do anything stupid when people know who they are in real life.
Automatically chat restrict Diamond 5 and everything below Silver 2.
