Lag can be very frustrating, and I looked through your post history to see if you ever requested help for this problem in the past. It doesn't appear that you have (on the boards anyways). What I would recommend is that you post over in Help and Support OR if you want Riot to help you directly, submit a support ticket. Give a clear description of the lag problem you are having. Some information that would be helpful to include in your post:

• Are you connected with wireless or wired?
• What Internet Service Provider do you use? And what city are you located in?
• Are there any other games or online services that you have speed issues with.
• If you have tried any troubleshooting yourself or with your ISP, what have you done so far?
• Is the lag happening all the time, or does it just happen randomly?
• Are you using Mac OS or Windows?

Before you submit the ticket, or post on the boards, you can also review the Troubleshooting Connection Issues article and see if any of it helps get your ping down.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. I don't like hearing when people are having problems playing the game, and I would like to see you enjoy playing instead of trolling.

Specifically, what is happening? Are you talking video lag (dropped frames or low framerates), or connectivity issues? I only ask because people often say one when they mean the other...

I've lived all over the country (including Hawaii) and I've never had issues with lag. Maybe you should upgrade your internet.

"I lag" "riot wont fix it". Is riot your internet provider?
