Griefing/Bad Matchmaking

Hello, This is the first time I write in the forum or even log into it. I've basically came to say that I would not recommend anyone playing League of legends after today's ranked game. The matchmaking is unacceptable (with examples like: someone going 3/21/3, another 2/15, with the rest of the team having 6 deaths altogether, which matters because opposed to Dota2, you cannot carry in League alone or with a semi-good 2nd carry; thresh building adc while I was the adc, because I wouldn't switch to top for his friend; somebody demanding a switch to another lane and feeding like there is no tomorrow, so the whole team suffers etc. Last but not least - there was a guy griefing in our game today, because he said he won't support and said he will feed, even at lobby. He was the worst experience I ever got in the 4 years I've played, cursing us and basically the enemy team said they would honor him. Won't mention the verbal abuse and inadequacy, since I got used to them and compromised. Just wanted to express my thoughts and frustration here, I don't expect any action from Riot, since I've completed the surveys numerous times and left comments supporting my reports (like anyone would read them anyway). Loved the game, but it has become unbearable and absurd. To those players that still support this game and those who took the time to read - good luck (with no intentional feeders in your ranked games and fast climb with cooperative teams). PS: Took a picture of the griefing guy, but not sure how to upload here or if I could at all, but you get the picture, I'm sure it has happened to many people, but not looked into.
