What great player support. Forcing me to grind from honor level 0 again. Yeah, no thanks. I submitted a new ticket but I ain't wasting my time playing this game without any loot

You can ask to speak to a real support agent or use the Live Chat function.
I dont understand the point of this thread. You can post your chat logs and we can go over why you got a restriction. Other than that you are free to play or not play LoL entirely at your discretion

Well, better not flame or int on the new account.
You're only locked out of loot boxes until you're out of the honor lock period. After that, during honor 0, you can get chests. You get keys once you're honor 1, but not as quickly as honor 2.
If you're gonna make a new account, be my guest, but if you're not reforming your behavior, you'll still end up in the same spot.
There are multiple ways to talk to a real person lol, the simplest of which would be to simply respond to the bot lmfao
But I can tell by your perfectly reasonable attitude that your ban was totally unwarranted :^)
