Sometimes ill have someone in a game who intentionally afks in base, like walking around talking trash to people not doing anything. THEN i report them and i dont get the notice that they got punished, its one thing to leave a game completely for a reason, its another to have low ping, BUT THEY JUST SAT INGAME AND DID NOTHING. why are they not punished... The IFS has a habit of collecting a few reports first before punishing. (Except for extreme cases like hate speech and slurs)

You won't be notified if a player was punished or not unless your report was the one that pushed them over the edge to get punished.

What I'm trying to say is even though that Soraka may not get punished now, she will eventually since people are creatures of habit. If she thinks she's getting away with it Scott free, while the system is collecting reports to use against her as ammunition then she's likely to continue the behavior that will ultimately get her punished.

Have faith in the IFS.
