Reforming before Ban or reforming after ban?
It's been a few months since I was banned permanently for toxicity and it was completely justified, My experience with reform cards and chat restriction and how it didn't deter me from being toxic, but wish I had more feedback and information relayed on bad behaviour. I didn't bother to try and make a plea to riot at the time because it seemed obvious that I wasn't giving any care about my behaviour or other peoples experience in game and partly acted that way because I had no friends to play with. It's a good guess that I won't get the permanent ban lifted and I remember getting so many chances with the amount of chat restrictions I got and didn't believe anything would happen because they were automated and not reviewed by a person. A reform card with a 10 game chat restriction didn't help me reform and I can't ever remember any feedback on my behaviour and effecting anything other than of course not being able to communicate. Dota 2 has a conduct summary based on the last 25 matches. Abandons, reports and commends (honour), If you were to abandon a lot of matches and reported you would have a bad conduct summary and you essentially are put in a shadow low priority queue and only matched with people with bad conduct summary, It felt like i was punished and i had a reason to fix my behaviour and try and keep my conduct summary in the green. It didn't help I was bad at league of legends, I played very infrequently not a lot of experience like i had back in 2010-2013 so i felt like I was playing on a way worse level then others partly a probable reason I was toxic to others, because i couldn't play anywhere near what people expected. I think there are some things to work on for a player to realise the amount of reports received from individuals and parties and have a conduct summary evaluated as this worked for me.
