If you jumped right to a 14-day ban, then your logs likely involved hate speech or encouragements to self-harm. Those aren't allowed.
So you didn't have any previous punishments? Such ad Chat restrictions? If a 14 day was the first punishment, then you most likely used hate speech or Zero Tolerance phrases.
