I get banned for 14 days because I get stuck with people have no idea what they're doing they don't pay the proper champions for the roles that they are. They feed then you tell them to stop feeding then they get smart mouthed. Then I tell them what I think. What if rated pg-13. But my real problem is that why am I getting stuck with people that aren't even on my level. It drags me down and I can't even play at my full potential and enjoy the game.

Nope.

tell them to stop feeding... Then I tell them what I think

There it is.

Telling them off isn't necessary. It's not going to make them play better, if anything it's going to make them play worse. If you're better than everyone around you then your team has that advantage and a better chance of winning, so you should move up while they don't.

"proper champions for the roles that they are" playing anti meta isnt againt the rules "they feed when you tell them to stop feeding" thats like telling someone "stop falling down the bycicle!" you think he will now stop? no he still has trouble with riding the bike for whatever reason. its pointless to say that it just adds negative feelings to the game

obviously you flame and insult your teammates, instead of helping them and giving them tips.

you can show your chatlogs, if you need help to find out what is toxic in your logs.

Half the time telling them to stop feeding doesn't even help. They just do that same thing through out the game plus how the community is you ask someone to do something that start to flam you telling you to shut up cussing you out and I don't report people just because I'm not that type of person just because I'm 21 I know people have bad days they get irritated and they need to get they're anger out. Got a question though does it always stay at the 14 day ban so through to whole time I play league for now on if I get in trouble I'll get banned permanently?

Here's how you can improve your game.

For your normal Draven game: You need to place wards, I saw a couple game you literally have 0 wards in the whole entire game.

Essence Reaver is not needed in him.

I am kind of surprised that you don't play Draven on your ranked game, now for your ranked game.

Here's what I see from your Thresh game: You need to use wards. Your sightstone literally just sit on your inventory and did nothing. As a support, your ward number should be highest among your teams.

Change your trinket and use it. Yellow trinket has the same function as the sightstone.

While you may have better mechanics as Draven -- judging from your recent KDA and win rate with him, You still make the most obvious low-elo-player mistake -- you rarely use wards.
