The trolls

Riot, you guys should create some sort of reporting options in the champ select. Let's say a player gets mad because he did not get top lane or whatever he called, in ranked. So this player decides to 'troll' and takes a random champion just to vent on the rest of his team. Let's say an option where if all other 4 players report that guy in the champ select, it denies the game as if some one left during the selection process. Or even, it could just be sent to the tribunal. Just a thought guys, i find it really annoying :)
