I would understand a chat restriction or suspension, but a permaban was undeserved.
I'll be honest. I got permabanned for chat logs that I shouldn't have sent.
I've been banned before for toxicity, but I think that League's Instant Feedback system is way too harsh. before I got my permaban message that said i was "among the .0006% most toxic players in the community", I have also received several notifications saying that I receive more honors than the average player. After being suspended before, I've tried to reform, and I believe that I have. I've never harassed anyone in game. In fact, I often try to use /mute all at the start of the game to avoid toxicity both on my end and other players'. Both my suspension and my permaban were for cursing in chat. I'm sorry people found my language reportable, but I also know that there are a great many league players who report for no valid reason. I know that there's this thing going around for permabanned players to have a chance to reform. I'd like a chance to reform and to get my account back (which I've had for several years now) but I'm afraid that because of my previous reports, my permaban would be judged more harshly than it deserves to be. To be clear, the exact chat logs that caused my permaban were from a game in which i was silent until the last few minutes when I wanted to call out a player on the enemy team who had been taunting in /all chat the whole game.
I'd appreciate other people's thoughts on this, but I think that permabanning an account for harsh language (not harassment) isn't exactly justified. (to be clear I've never been chat restricted. the Instant Feedback system skipped that step)
