Bots everywhere

In league of legends I'm level 25, and for some reason every game i enter has up to 2 to 4 bots can anyone tell me why

Because Blitzcrank Viktor Orianna and robot skins are popular in league of legends is my best guess.

While i dont know for sure, I assume the bots are mostly by people who want to level up accounts en mass, so they can be sold as ranked/champ ready.

No proof of it, but its the only logical reason of seeing bots in live games below 30
