A huge misleading

My Summoners name is Hirakieal. My Rank is Silver IV and I almost always auto-fill in Ranked games. Yesterday night, I decided to play Kai'Sa adc at bot lane. I had a Top Nasus, a mid Lissandra, a jungler Jax and a Nami as my support. These 3 players suddenly started to hate me because I was playing Kai'Sa which is Something I didn't understand the reason.

The Nami started to treat me like a retard in the chat and she none-stop calling me ADC instead of my Summoners name or my Champion's name. When you make a decision in-game, you have to be sur it is the right path, and I was right doing what I planned to do. But my support disapproved my action and started to feed intentionnally. Why the feeding? For nonsens reason's of course.

The mid laner started to follow the stupid way of thinking from Nami and she started to trash talk toward me. I defended myself by saying this game is recorded. Then, Jax followed Liss and so the 3 of them started to threaten me to a death sentence litteraly in the chat. I kept writing to stop acting like toxic players but yet, they continued. They threatened me to death, harassed me without good reason's and also racism words and hate speech. Even with all that hatred, I still continued to do my best to win with Kai'Sa though I have been defeated. My kda was 5/4/4 nothing really good but still good enough. Then, after the end of the game in the chat room, I decided to report the 3 players who were 100% highly toxic. The 3 of them reported me because I was playing Kai'Sa and I wasn't good enough to win. That is ridiculous because, THEY WERE NOT PUNISHED for what they have done. But I am the one who as been punished for nothing compared to their toxic chat box in-game. I do agree that Riot Support are trying their best to remove the toxic way. But the irony of this story is I, the victim of the story who has been punished with a 25 Chat Restriction.

I have nothing to hide, I only have ONE game for a chat restriction and normaly, you are supposed to get a 2 games with toxicity behaviors minimum. I do believe that their system feedback report isn't legit at all.

As you can see, if you compare a Threat to a simple negative attitude as a personnal defense, logicaly, the threats are supposedly taken more seriously than one game with one negative moment. And the worst was in the end-game room. I challenge Riot Support to finally show the real whole chat box of this game just to show how greater their negative behaviors was. I will keep playing this game, but it seems that communicating with our teamates isn't relevent at all at some point since it is all related to competetion and frustration.

What your team does or say has nothing to do with your case. You are responsible for your own action. A negative attitude is negative. The system doesn't dispute who started what, the system just punishes the toxic player. How you communicated with your team was uncalled for. Here is where you went wrong.

What you did there was negative, threatening, and insulting. You weren't communicating, you were simply ruining people's game. There's no excuse for your actions and yes you got what you deserved. Insulting a player regardless of the situation is simply against the ToU you agreed to. Asking for a report is considered as a harassment and threatening to have them punished. Your overall attitude itself was negative.

All that could have been avoided if you just simply muted the players.

Yeah I've had similar things, once on my LAN account I was even given a 10 game chat ban when I was playing in a full group of friends except one guy (edit: just to clarify, I never insulted the other guy and seem to be getting dislikes because of that, only was messing around with my friends) and was just joking around and calling my friends names like (rough translation since it was in spanish) "aww lucian you gay niba motha faka you took mah kill time to suffer my wrath!!!", the other guy reported me even though he knew we were all premades, and somehow that got me banned, I made a ticket and nothing. And on this account I had a Yasuo that said to gank 4 times before 10 minutes (I believe I was yi), and said if I dont he would afk, he died first blood before red buff even spawned and disconnected, I then had to go mid and died to the enemy mid brand, and with my single death my hiemer support said in all chat "report yi feeding", when I only had one death to the enemy brand who was two levels ahead and destroyed me. Hiemer then went mid before I got back to lane and then died and I said as a joke "report hiemer for feeding" and everyone on my team just went insane, started calling me names, everyone saying to report me, that I was trash, was using a garbage champ (I've only recently been using this account and yi was my only champ besides ashe and garen), and so many other things. I report them for being rude (and the yas for leaving because he died), and they all report me but somehow convince the enemy brand and adc that I was feeding and was harrassing them so they report me aswell. This also got me a 10 game chat ban which is completely stupid because it hindered my gameplay perfomance because I constantly want to ask who wants ganks or who should I focus in bot.

So you flame your support nonstop and then wonder why they get fed up with your shit? And then seriously try to act as if you are the victim? They didn't flame you because you played Kaisa. Well atleast one thing is good about you not realising that you were the asshole, the 14 day ban will come soon and you know what comes after. If you don't learn you will face consequences.
