Permently Banned Not Justified By Official Riot Post

So today on Christmas day, i got banned for going bard jg. My team said they were gonna troll and not try when i got into champ select while on the other hand i was actually trying to win the game. they said i was feeding intentionally when i was in my jg and got ulted over the wall by a fizz ult and 1 shot me. I was trying all game and they kept on flaming me so i finally snapped and became toxic at them and some of the toxic was a joke towards fizz and he was laughing at it. the whole game my team said report bard for trolling while i was acutally trying to win. at the end of the game the enemy jhin could see i was trying and he said dont report the bard jg because he was trying and he even wanted to duo with me but i couldnt because i got perma banned when i was about to inv him. my team only reported me that game because of the champion i played and my toxic at them when i was only toxic because they kept on spamming bard is trolling plz report and it titled me alot when i was really trying. i only snapped because of them saying i should be reported for playing bard jg and feeding when my team mates were feeding just as bad and were actually trolling that game when i wasnt. I play league of legends about like 6-8 hours a day 6 on schooldays and like 8+ on weekends when i have all day to play and i have over 1500 hours of league and its the only game i play every day. its my favorite game and i always try even though im toxic. just one week ago i got a msg from riot saying your league status has been improved and your toxic lvl has improved and then about yesterday i got a 10 game chat restriction and then today on christmas day i get permentaly banned when the only thing i got prior to this ban was a 10 game chat restriction. they only gave me one warning prior to this permentaly ban. my friend who got permentaly banned also got a 14 day ban and a 25 game chat restriction while i got 10 game of chat restriction and i never got any ban saying i coudlnt play for this curtain amount of days. i dont think this is fair as i play this game every single day and i get banned for one game of bard jg. I know im toxic at times and im trying to improve but i think i should of gotten like a 14 day ban prior to a perma ban or even a 100 game chat ban. I dont think its fair how the only thing prior to never playing the game ever again was a 10 game chat restriction and never got a 14 day ban. it even says right here on a lol forum post by an official riot memeber Link: ///////////// http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/Boqd81O0-upcoming-upgrades-to-chat-restrictions /////////// the order should go in 10 game chat ban 25 game chat ban 14 day chat ban and then permanent ban. i never got the 25 game chat ban or the 14 day chat ban prior to my permanent ban. i dont think this is fair when its says the steps for being banned and i never got them and also i have never left a game from the last time i could remember and if i ever did disconect i always reconect like 1 minute later. This will probably not unban my account but i want to try because i dont think my perma ban was fair and justified when on the lol forums by an official riot member it says the steps for being permanently banned which i did not get, mine skipped from step 1 to 4.
