I have this game recorded that i just played of 4 people telling me to kill myself. They all reported me and encouraged the whole other team to do to them being a 4 man que, while i was not toxic at all and the only thing i said was in pregame lobby and asked for a tanky support. Am i going to be punished due to getting 9 reports? i did absolutely nothing and they ganged up on me D:
If you did nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about. The only thing a report does is flag the system to look into it. As such, the number of reports received in a single game is irrelevant.
If you truly did nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about. False reports get thrown out and don't count against you either.
OH! Also: 9 reports in a sinlge game have the same exact power as one report in a single game. It just marks that game to be checked.

As Luigi and Bow Hunter explained, false reports are never counted against you. Indeed, Asking (aka "Fishing") for reports against someone, is a violation of the rules. In these cases, the best course of action is to mute such players, and report them (In your case, this easily falls into Unsportsmanlike Conduct and Verbal Abuse at the very least), while citing in the extra information box exactly why you're reporting them for, such as quotes of what they said.
If you wish to provide screen shots or video of the incident, and wish for them to take a closer look at what happened, you can contact Riot's Support team, by clicking the "Support" button at the top or bottom of this page, and opening a ticket with them.
