Disappointed with Leavebuster's Decision Making

Just wanted to drop a note and say that the current situation with Leavebuster is a bit disappointing.

Having played for 4 years, I have never left a game for anything less than an emergency, planning in advance to ensure I don't disappoint my teammates. I can remember maybe once that this happened several years ago with a family medical issue. Recently, within the last week, I have dropped a couple games due to connectivity issues. While my connectivity rating is 91 (thanks Riot), internet outages DO occur. For everyone, I assume. The first was a temporary internet outage, then a city-wide power outage, and now again with a quick internet outage.

The first time resulted a 5 minute longer queue for 5 games. I considered this a just punishment, and took it in stride. The most recent issue though is the reason for the post. I was able to return to the game, wine the battle with my team, and when I left the match was told that I would be punished again. 10 minutes added to each queue for something out of my control and which didn't even effect the outcome for my teammates, who I assume did not report me.

A review of my file would show that I'm an honorable player who generally can be counted on to continue games and not give up. Someone who doesn't leave games randomly, by choice. I'm not sure there is anything anyone will do about this, but I just wanted to express my displeasure. Please consider at least forgiving people who return to games after connection issues... Has it always been this strict?

In other news, I might actually finally hit Diamond though this BS, so maybe I'm seeing some Karma after all.
