Have been playing a few games recently where people are going 1/19 and so on but Riot still seems to turn a blind eye to this shit. You say one bad word in game and you can get banned but if you type "Good Luck Lulu you aren't winning this I'm Inting you" there is nothing wrong with it apparently. What a shit company happen's too much and you can see everything typed in game that's how you ban toxic players so get your shit together.
Gameplay related offences are harder to monitor and detect than chat related ones. Everything is crystal clear in one's chat log(s), but if you want to prove that someone is intentionally sabotaging your game, you're gonna need more information that just their KDA ratio. That's why ban rates differ between the two.

It's the **intent **that matters, not their score. Everyone can have bad games.

The intent is clear here, and such behaviour should be reported. Also wouldn't hurt to add some extra information regarding this statement into your report card.
Lol have you played Lulu? She has negative stats. If you lose a few deaths in lane it’s not like you’re going to make a comeback. The enemy gets stronger, you get weaker, dying becomes easier and easier. So chill, because you’ve 100% fed in a handful of your games too.

Actually totally obvious intings are usually punished, but the system does nothing with soft inters.
Unfortunately riot can not deal with inters...that is sad truth.And they are to hard towards framers because they can catch them .so it is like: I can't catch murderer so I will punish thief as hard as I can
Meanwhile I Have been labeled an "intentional feeder" for having a 0/0/0 Kda. or Going 0/1 after 25 minutes (first death) These report happy toddlers are eager to call -anything- intning ANYTHING trolling ANYTHING greifing.
Like they actively get thier rocks off by knowing the potentially got someone banned. I was having a bad game once and my team went into /all chat "can you guys kill our support more so we can report them for feeding?" I mean half way into the match they went into full fabrication mode "ok so how can we get our support banned. Report them for greifing.... can we say Inting?....afk?"
This community is getting to the point where they want to fabricate ANY reason to report ANYONE just so they can feel special. and people say the report system isnt being abused/weaponize...
Reports work as intended when the team can stop the match to have a little 3-man pow-wow on how to falsely report a teammate, to stretch anything they can to fit. (I.E. you stand in one spot for 5 seconds, afk. You get 4v1 ambushed? You are inting. kill a minion? you are hardcore griefing)
