Why can YouTubers break any rule they want when Streamers can't?

Why can YouTubers admit to buying a Bronze 5 account to smurf (on video mind you), but Cowsep gets a temporary ID ban "for cursing" (wink wink). Why can YouTubers blatantly troll with things like 'afking for X minutes to see if I can carry' or 'spend no gold until 10k challenge' or 'letting a silver player play ranked on a diamond account' but Yassuo gets banned for letting their sister play an AI game on a charity stream?

Why can YouTubers do whatever they want and break any rule they want THEN POST VIDEO PROOF OF THEM DOING SO and not get in any trouble what-so-ever? What is with this MASSIVE bias? Why do streamers get heavily punished for the most insignificant offenses when YouTubers get no punishment for anything? Kind of sick of these YouTubers making this garbage content while being immune to the rules. If streamers get punished for way less, YouTubers need to get punished as well.

That wasn't why he got banned.

Would you rather Riot spend their time watching every youtube video and stream out there to attempt to catch these people, or spend their time actually coding, balancing, and inventing new things for League? If you see a youtube video where someone is breaking the rules, report it in a support ticket.

Toxicity scales are different on different servers. Cowsep is playing in Korea while we're on NA. I posted in his thread discussing the player behavior standards and toxicity on the asian servers.

Additionally, many players who purchase accounts actually don't keep those accounts and don't care while players who don't buy accounts tend to want to keep their user names so that it's easier for them to get recognized.

Cowsep falls into the latter category. He wants to keep his name, get recognized, and build a brand around his name.

I don't know if they don't get in trouble, but I think the accounts they purchased probably get banned and thus why they have to keep buying accounts.

It's not that they don't get punished, it's that even though they get punished, they continue to purchase accounts and do shit until they get banned on that account and then move on to another account.

Cowsep was banned for account sharing

AFKing doesnt get you banned. Not spending your gold doesnt get you banned.

Accout sharing and flaming IN-GAME will get you banned.

All that matters is what rules they're breaking and whether or not it lands on top of the league subreddit

temporary ID ban

Cowsep is prohibited from ever making accounts and is essentially given a ban-on-sight?
