My problem with game

My problem with this game start in champion select.If someone get autofilled he want maybe your position and then if he don't get it, that player in 90% of time ban your champion that you want to pick.Can you make that if you select your champion that you want to play your teammate can't ban it.If someone ban it you need to dodge that game or you have higher chance to lose because you are not on your main champion.
