QOL for chat related offences

This is super simple and is mostly geared towards people who might get reported for failure to communicate when they use pings rather than typing and the system accidentally red flags them as not communicating, but I'm sure you can think of a hundred other uses for it as well, particularly in the clarity department. I would like for pings to be added to chat logs when people receive chat bans/ranked restrictions/anything that has to do with chat related offences. If you're keeping track of what people say, keep track of pings too. For example: GGAFK (3:45) Lol scrub MykeTison (5:24) is pinging for assistance MykeTison (5:34) Team why the hell didn't you come help

Now before there was no indication he wasn't just angry about the team. The assistance ping clearly indicates he asks for help and was ignored, good for clarity and whenever we bring back peer reviewed tribunal to help give a pardon over a punishment, or a lighter punishment if it came to that.

Another example: ElephantShoe (7:11) is pinging a missing enemy ImNotABotJustBad (7:14) is pinging a missing enemy ImNotABotJustBad (7:17) is pinging danger GGAFK (7:42) OMG BOT YOU FUING FAOTs Y DIDNT U CALL MIA

Here we can receive further evidence that GGAFK is a flamer, as his team mates did call mia yet he berated them regardless. Maybe grounds for a more serious punishment as he's actively going out of his way to be a douchebag, who knows. The possibilities are endless, and I'm sure this would take half an hour of coding adjustments to resolve. Just dropping my two cents.

(The names portrayed are not meant to be real people, if one of these names exist I'm sorry but it's just coincidental)
