Received Ban No Chat Restrictions

Hey so I know was being toxic but instantly being banned for 14 days is very extreme for a first time offense. I'm not going to rant about how I never deserved any punishment, but I do believe I didn't deserve this severe of a punishment. My chat logs only contained one game which was the game where I was very toxic. I never said any racist or severely offensive that should get me banned but I was definitely generally toxic. This general toxicity was definitely enough to warrant punishment but I was very surprised to be instantly 14 day Banned rather than chat restricted. I have never been chat restricted before because this is my first offense and was honor level 2 at the time (I've sat at honor level 2 for a while but was almost honor level 3,). Upon receiving the ban I immediately dropped 2 honor levels.
Overall, I did deserve punishment but a 14 day ban with 2 honor levels dropped is too severe for a first time offense.

If you got an instant ban without prior punishments, what probably happened is that you tripped one of the zero tolerance phrases. The system probably noticed something like a threat issued or a call for someone to commit suicide. Riot cracks down on that sort of behavior pretty hard, but it's not really my place to determine if they're right or wrong in doing so.

You either used "kys" or some other racial/homophobic slur. Under no circumstances is hate speech acceptable in life or in a video game. In the immortal words of Dr. Phil, "What the hell were you thinking?"
