Better ranked system (in my opinion)

I think that how the rank system currently is does not work. ranked teams should stay the same, but solo/duo should change. Instead of gaining/ losing lp based on win loss, it should be based on all your stats (not just kda) compared to others at your ranked. i.e: if you play Annie and deal 60k damage 5-0-12 kda and took down 5 towers solo compared to others at your rank dealing 40k damage going 3-0-4 and taking 1 or 2 towers solo, you should gain lp win or lose. This would also work other way around, going 0-10-0 and contributing nothing you should lose lp. win or lose can be a factor in if you gain/lose lp but it shouldn't be the only factor. I think this would prevent most boosting and prevent people from being toxic for the most part. Getting punished on ranked because everyone else does bad doesn't seem to be working.

If that was the formula, I'd stop playing serious once I figure that I can't get an A grade.

Infact, I'd probably just CS to gain a better score regardless of what is happening to my base.

How is this a better ranked system? This encourages selfish plays and selfish personal stats instead of team game. If I can get the stats to gain lp, win or lose, why the hell would I want to risk help my team over guarding my personal stats? If going 0-10-0, I would lose lp, win or lose, why the hell would I want to play a tank with low damage? You know support that supposed to peel and take damage/death for adc? Yeah, good luck with that. I will throw my team under the bus if that means I can escape and guard my stats. This is a terrible system.

So, let's say you came up with an algorithm. Any you like, taking the generic form of:

Change in LP = (stat 1)*(multiplier) + (stat 2) *(multiplier) ... etc

And including any extra conditions you think necessary (such as "if more than 20 deaths then no gain if win" or something).

For whatever algorithm you come up with, I can guarantee you that it will be easy to find some group of stats that the algorithm would be extremely inaccurate. For example, it's fully possible to die 10-15 times and still be the biggest factor in your team's win. Likewise, it's fully possible to only have a couple kills, have that many deaths, and be a big factor in your team's win.

The bottom line is winning or losing the game. Beyond that, it does not matter what stats you had. Did you win, or did you lose?

I am saying all stats NOT just kda, to encourage team plays like temfighting not JUST kills.

I have a feeling this would just lead to each player playing their own statistical mini-game. Supports caring more about going ward hunting to imrpove their vision score instead of joining the push to get an objective at an opportune time. Things like that. People would figure out the best ways to manipulate their LP loss/gain, and then focus on that, instead of the single most important objective; winning the game.
