Riot, I bet people would be less toxic if you showed them less stuff to flame about

Remove match history, remove teammate builds and remove death stats from teammates. Hell, even remove the team stats counter or make it less exact. I saw so many people throwing games because their team was 2-3 kills behind, sometimes 6 kills behind, when really it didn't matter for that game.

If you want people to play to win, then you need to reduce stuff ingame that tilts them. Otherwise this whole game is just psychological warfare and a check if someone on your team get's tilted enough.

I bet you, that it would remove 95% of the toxic players.

Or atleast give people the option to hide that stuff in the options, if they get constantly flamed for no reason.

I mean you can still show that stuff after the game and in replays so they can improve and steal good builds, but you shouldn't be flamed or lose, because people don't like your items.

The % of games lost, that were lost, because you bought the wrong items? Maybe 1-10%.

The % of games lost, that were lost, because a teammate didn't like your stats/build and started inting/trolling? Probably 30-70%.

Grouping, teamplay and not typing all game matter a lot more than actually everything that people flame about.

It's frustrating to see, the things that actually matter, mattering less than they actually do, because people start trolling, because of stuff that doesn't really matter that much.

If you want to make this game really competetive and people enjoy the ranked grinding, then remove the toxicity from this game.

If you lose 50% of game, because your team made mistakes and the enemy team was able to close out the game, eventhough your team tried the best and worked together? Ok, nice.

If you lose 45% of games, because people get tilted and flame all game? Not, competitive, it's just a coin toss and your plays actually don't matter.

I legitly had games where I went 15 5 (with 30 15 team stats), and got flamed for my build, making my team lose, because they were typing in team fights or started trolling after dying once, because for some reason, them dying on the other end of the map, was my fault, because I had build items that allowed me to kill my enemies in the most efficient way.

Dude, toxicity is something that comes from within. No matter how much shit you hide from toxic players they'll find new ways of expressing and justifying their anger and frustration

30 - 70 is a huge range. You can't make up statistics and then argue from them.

In any case I would argue people are more likely to become toxic because they're losing than to lose because they were toxic.

People would just make programs which show that information on your screen, like they did for jungle timers.

By that logic, we should ban all luxury goods, all expensive articles of clothing, and immediately close down every fancy restaurant, so people no longer rob banks.
