Directly, no.
I've seen a few times on here tho that next season your border will be of you current rank, so 0 clue if you'd get that (note: I'm not even sure that's a thing, so no guarantees here. Just what I've read around)

No but , I'm honor level 4 and I won't get my plat boarder , next season your boarder will be the same as your rank , it has nothing to do with honor level anymore so dw
