I just got out of 14 day ban for getting my first offense in a game, all because I flamed 1 teammate. I haven't gotten a single punishment every since I started playing league, why is this happening? I was honor 4 and dropped to honor 0 all because of 1 offense?
Is there anyone that has got this situation before? How do I get back to Honor 2 at least to get end of season rewards?

A 14 day suspension is only issued for a first time offense if you used one of Riot's zero tolerance phrases, which includes (but not limited to) racial/homophobic slurs and death threats/encouraging suicide. This is because you should not need a warning that these are unacceptable. If you want a community opinion about your punishment, you can post your chat logs, and we can point out what exactly may have triggered this escalated punishment.
If your chat logs don't have anything that would be worthy of an escalated punishment, and this truly was your first punishment, then you may have a good case to argue that your punishment should be reduced.
Lastly, if this punishment does stay, then what Zombie Gerbil said about your next punishment is true, though blunt. Punishments are given out in an escalated tier fashion, and the next punishment tier after the 14 day suspension is a permanent ban.
You won't be getting any rewards this season. Now you know not to use any racial slurs or any other offensive slurs. Zero-tolerance or any sorts of toxicity has no place in our community. Your next penalty is a permaban.

IdK man, I haven't had one for the entire year since I started. I only report when a teammate is doing something that will absolutely result in the loss of my team with no other interpretation to be had. Have been "flamed" many times but I just don't care cause I have something called a back bone, seeing no use for it I never do it. I think people on both ends of this area a bit ridiculous. Don't be rude for no benefit or if you are soft toughen up a bit.
Lol if you went straight to a 14 day ban and skipped the chat restrictions, then your offense was severe. There is literally zero chance you'll get season rewards this year. Why should you be rewarded for being toxic...
