PreSeason Ban + Challenger

I ended rank 39 in flex queue tralalalalal so i got the backpack technicaly because i was also honor level 2 by the end of the season. Today i got banned on my profile its been 2 months since the season ended .. do i still get the backpack? So i should be getting the backpack or not? Where are these Rioters hiding when you need em.
