Riot isn't "fixing" it, because this is how it is supposed to work....
The guy in the video **starts the game **by immidiatly trying to rally others to report someone. Then some more blaming, spamming ff requests. More accusatiosn about someone trolling, based only on the pick (veigar in this case). Havent bothered to watch further.
Seriously, such people are not wanted in this game. Good riddance!
