I would like to make a complaint about polish people playing the game.Most of them actually troll and ruin the game experience so why turkish have server and no polish people? please if you can agree to that request because the hell is there i cant carry every game.THANKS

So, I get your frustration, but despite you wanting this to be a reasonable request it really isn't. Making a generalization like this is going to be offensive no matter how you look at it, and it's not going to apply at all to many of the players you think it does; additionally, many players not within your chosen group will be like this. The distinction simply cannot be accurately made, so many innocent players would be penalized arbitrarily and you would not likely notice any improvement in your games.
Regardless, this is the NA region Boards, and as such is by a great margin dominated by NA players who know nothing of your personal troubles with any particular european groups. The best place for you to voice your concerns would be the EUNE Boards here where you may find more likeminded individuals who are in a position to properly discuss this with you.
EUNE = count polish, who has more loses game.
EUW = count italian/french, who has more loses game.
