whose balls do i gotta lick to get out of honor 0

i was banned early august for 2 weeks for flaming (totally deserved) and since then ive been a model player (as ive always been apart from this one incident). the ban resulted in me droppping from honor 3 directly to 0 and since then ive only managed to unlock my honor. cos when you get your account back not only are you level 0 dishonorable, your honor is also locked meaning you dont even get hextech chests. so i unlocked my honor another 2 weeks after my ban got lifted but now 2 months later i am still honor 0. i get usually one honor per game from a stranger and i honor someone every game. i do not flame and do not spam gg ez after a win. so why am i still down at the bottom and for how long do i have to stay here. its sad here. there are no key fragments dropping here. i havent opened a chest in 3 months. please send help.
