Account Theft and ban due to third party software usage

I am quite sure these topics must be becoming extremely boring and dull for the staff and the community to read as they seem never ending, but when events like these occur there really aren't a lot of option except to simply talk about it, and try to get an explanation directly on the board. The situation over here is quite simple, couple of days ago after a long break of months as i took the decision to come back to the game i had sadly found out that for some reason access to my account was completely blocked due to third party software interfering with the game itself. Needless to say for some one who over the course of 6 years has played CLEAN, and supported the game trough its micro transactions, spending a considerable amount of money, this comes as a shock and an unpleasant surprise. Fast forward couple of hours using Op.gg it was clear some one had some how accessed the account and played a couple of games on it before forcing Riot to ban the account. The tickets sent to get customer supported yielded only negative response accusing the owner of account negligence, without even taking under consideration that this is not the first time accounts get stolen from long term users who never shared their info with anyone and never provided compromising detail to their account. The will of the staff to keep information regarding my situation undisclosed left me hanging mid air. It is really disappointing and almost offensive in my eyes how customer support treat their players providing absolutely no solution for a situation like this. Several reports with similar dynamics can be found on the board as well as other social sites stating exactly the same mechanism, a prolonged state of inactivity in the account, and then after a couple of sudden games an account suspension because of third party software, which in reality is caused by a hacking theft. I find it hard to blame the user for the way the events turned out, what i would really appreciate is a solution, specially for users who have been supporting this game for many years, who never had any major disciplinary problems. The costumer support i got was simply horrible and unhelpful giving me no solutions except a list of terms i had agreed to when i downloaded the game. It is obvious that there are security issues with this game if multiple users experienced the same phenomenon. One thing for sure if i had know that this is the best Riot can do to satisfy its users, i would have never even considered throwing all that money in this game period.

After 6 long years as a user... i am amazed at this Company. Now, i finally have a reason to definitely stop playing for good, selfish arrogant and incompetent money stealing association who don't give a damn about it's users, hats off for you guys as much as i care at this point considering how the events unfolded you can choke on your own bullshit. I'm out of here.
