If you watch his stream you can see a lot of times where he is toxic. Heres just 2 examples out of about 7 i can give:
Example 1: Enemy team Zilean: "Wanna hear a joke?" Tyler1: "Your life", then mutes all.
Example 2: Tyler1: Holy Tyler1: Stop give them free fucking shit Tyler1: GO RED! Tyler1: WHY ARE YOU GIVING THEM FREE BUFFS!!!!!!!
Why is he unbanned again?
To be fair, while I dislike him, the creation of this thread is more inherently toxic than the lines you provided. Rage isn't exactly toxic, but it does shake hands with poor behavior and other toxic tenancies. I don't see that as being enough to harp on him about it.

I don't like the guy, but he hasn't crossed any lines yet from what I've seen. Those examples aren't pure sunshine and roses, but they're not enough to get punished, realistically. I've said stuff at least that bad and never had so much as a chat restriction.
Example 1, I would say that's a clap back rather than being toxic. I would need more context to consider this toxic.
Example 2, I would say this is toxic but punishment worthy? I don't know unless I had more logs to see if this was an isolated incident out of a long string of games without toxic chat or if this is every single game.
EDIT: Also, I personally didn't like watching Tyler1. Someone said he was funny and when I watched his stream, I thought he was a raging flaming troll and I didn't want to support his stream by giving him any more views, and then a few weeks later I found out he was permabanned and I was like "the system works!"
However, I am for redemption and rehabilitation. If he is rehabilitated, then I say leave the player ban off, but honestly, I really don't want to sit and waste my time and energy watching his streams to see if he's reformed or not.
He actually is currently flaming his midlaner, though.

You could argue the first is said as a humorous joke, and the second as communicating about the flow of a game in an aggravated fashion. It's not pretty but it's definitely not a case of going for the throat. If you're really committed to obsessing over le ebic e-celebrity streamer dudes you should look for some better banworthy examples.

Great pick out single lines out context for no reason. The dude was streamsniped for hours and not to forget draven was banned every single time. Give him some slack seriously.
He may be getting worked up, but he isn't targeting anyone for harrasment. Usually on the boards, punishments are doled out to people who type way too much in game. I've never seen a ban from a couple lines of frustration
I don't like tyler1, but he's a human and his chat eggs him on. Doesn't make it right but he is without a doubt better than he was.
Did he type them in game or say it in real life? Because even QT has said toxic things in real life.

The fact that him saying your life to zilean is considered toxic enough to encourage for another perma ban is sad. Its not like hes running it down mid again or cursing constantly in the chat. if someone in your game is 0/7/0 and you say inting and you call them out for inting how is he the toxic one. Plus league is dying we need some personality like T1
I don’t care for the dude. I’d wager money he will be banned again. As a former flamer you really really have to change your attitude to not flame. Unfortunately what attracts people to T1 is that aggressive flamer attitude. I doubt he has changed because 1. He doesn’t really want to and 2. It’s what his audience wants.
All that being said, he does play a mean draven. I’ll give him that.
