i started play league when i was young 13 or smth i really like this game and i grow up with it but then 2015 i got perma banned for flame... i deserve it i was very toxic but now as i grow older and im not toxic i would love a second chance i know that the money and time that i put on this game dosent mean nothing and i respect it but i really want my account back to keep playing this evolved game. iwavestar [sg-soraka]

You can make a new account? I also got 3 chat restrictions and wont get ranked rewards this season but well i dont care

Once an account has been validly banned it is gone forever. If you truly valued your account then you should have thought of that before you got it axed.
