We need a better report and penalty system.

Lower divisions are highly unbalanced, compared to the higher divisions (after gold). I do not want to talk about boosters, that are and will always be present but in my opinion, they will only do good for their own selves by earning money, and bad for other players because they put accounts in divisions they are not capable of. In short, players need a new way to make reports and signal strange behavior within and during the game. An option like a signal trigger that takes a short replay for a certain player, save it, and send it to the riot database, analise it, and see if a penalty trully has to be issued. We need direct contact with riot support, cause a lot of times, players feel like they are not even considered after giving true and on point reports. Players can rebalance the game if they can work with you. The actual feedback system is a little bit too poor and doesn't lead to a lot of changes. We need something simple but smart within the game, like a button and then selecting a suspicious player, and automatically saving a replay that happened around 10 seconds before the button was triggered, and then right after, sent to you for evaluation. I know, we are all lazy and want to have confortable jobs, but at least to do our jobs right. I am pretty sure that even you, the Riot team, get a lot of reports and has enough of them often, so let's just make it easier by working with the players in real time!
