Possible to lift a perma ban? What will it take? What can I do?

I started playing league of legends in seventh grade (6 years ago) on this account at a LAN event at Eudomonia in Berkeley, California. I'd watched many people playing league year after year and finally decided to try it out. Once I started, I couldn't stop. I played LoL for over a year straight having the time of my life, not toxic at all, just genuinely enjoying the game! Once I realized that in order to get into a better college, I'd have to take harder classes and spend more time studying for said classes, I decided it was time to call it quits on LoL as I found myself dumping 100 hours every two weeks into it. I've probably spent close to $1250 on this account getting most of the skins, and obtaining half the champions using RP... It wasn't until my senior year of high school after I got accepted to college that I started to play LoL again and I found myself with that same genuine sense of appreciation for the game. I continued to play LoL on/off as well as CSGO until just a couple months ago when my only account got permanently banned. If I'm being completely honest, I don't know what came over me and decided (after I'd gotten banned) that it was time to take a break from games in general because if I'm toxic enough at any point in my life to get banned in league, then I might be toxic enough to say the wrong thing in person to someone I care deeply about.

So, I took a month off. I uninstalled EVERY game from my computer, and had my room mates put a program on it that limits the amount of time that I can even spend on it. I did this so that I might be able to cleanse myself of toxicity, and in recent weeks, it has payed off. I've not noticed myself writing or saying a single thing to another member of any gaming scene that is negative. I will continue to keep this attitude and mentality, that is a promise.

I do not want the ban to the end to my reign in the rift. I want to be unbanned and at this point, am willing to do whatever it takes to do so. I understand it may be impossible. I understand that IF it were possible, I'd be under HUGE limitations. But I ask that I be given one last chance to prove I am an honorable man that means what he says when he says "It will NOT happen again."

If a league admin/moderator could please post on here so I may be able to talk to him/her and to also reveal this situation/conversation to the public so that everyone has access to my promise, that would be amazing! Again, I want to walk the rift one again, but I don't want to make another account because I feel as though once you get banned, you don't (even though you do) have the right to make another account because that's just an ass move...

MY PROMISE: I promise to never be toxic to another player, and promise to try to make the LoL community a better place in an attempt to protect people from the flame of toxic players.

What will I do with another chance? - I will make multiple threads regarding toxicity to expose toxic players as toxic players are repeat offenders who get away with toxicity and making people not want to play the game, which in turn makes the community worse and gives the LoL community the bad reputation it has. - I will try my hardest to keep my team mates in a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude), to ensure victory in the rift. - Do whatever I can to support the League community and those in need within the community. - Will change my name to a less toxic name.

Conclusion: I'm not asking for forgiveness. I will admit, I did say something that is unforgivable. I am asking that I be given one more chance to prove I am a man of my word.

If you've made it this far, thank you for reading what I have to say.

OP, the message that would be sent by allowing you your extra chance is not a good one. It sets the precedent that a person can get out of a perma-ban if they're willing to offer up enough lip service.

That's not a perma-ban anymore.

Your promise may be sincere, but Riot has already tried to give perma-banned players that one last shot. It was called the level 20 challenge and the results were abysmal. The fraction of players that actually hold true to their word was not worth the additional effort because of how small that fraction was.

As an additional note,

  • I will make multiple threads regarding toxicity to expose toxic players as toxic players are repeat offenders who get away with toxicity and making people not want to play the game, which in turn makes the community worse and gives the LoL community the bad reputation it has.

If you're implying that you'll post about specific users that you believe should be punished by the system for their ingame actions, that's actually against the board rules.

you have to be 'internet famous' and generate enough buzz/free marketing for them. then youve gotta meet with them and tell them youll be good in the future, then they will lift the ban.

You are more than welcome to make another account, but losing that account the first time is a penalty that will not be lifted. Riot with very few exceptions bans accounts, not people. You're not under _any _ risk of further sanction if you make a new account and continue playing.
