How do I report people who troll during game? Outside of report after game.

What do I mean trolling?

For example, people who follow you and spam emotes or try to contest buffs and CS AND follow you around the map and other things like this. They harass, talk smack, even telling the other team you are toxic simply because you refuse to acknowledge the troll. It is like they just try to tilt you or try to get a rise out of you just so that they can report you after the game. What can be done in this situation? I feel a smack on the wrist is not enough when people are being punished just as hard for being victims of said crime.

I know a few people who lost their accounts and gave up playing this game because of stuff like this happening. It gets irritating when it happens multiple times.

So my question is, what can i do to help resolve this issue? It is jacked up to be trolled and then be baited all day only to have your experience ruined and then to lose everything you worked for in the first place. Any money or time you spent on and in this game just lost because some kid decided to target you.

I personally just played a game right now and had a thresh do all of the above said things. I have it recorded and would love to know if there is a place to send that video so that this kid would have the book thrown at him. I did my best to keep my cool, didn't lose my sh*t. and reported him, but again, I feel that is not enough. It happens far too much to assume that any punishment as is, is working. And then to have them report you or have others from that game report you simply because you were a victim? Tell me there is more to this and some bigger steps can be taken because I will gladly take those steps if so.

I appreciate the responses for this, and I am serious and feel this is a true issue so please keep trolling to a minimum.
