why was i banned
So today after trying to log on i found that i got perma banned with no explanation or warning. It said check your email but i haven't got one yet and still have no response from the support ticket.

Did you check in your boards settings whether your e-mail address is the one you checked?

You'll have to wait on that support ticket. They don't actually send emails if you got a manual ban.
I'll check the settings to be sure didn't think about that
OK so it was a different email then the one i thought now i got a new issue the ticket says I'm temp banned but when i try and log it says perma : (
Just try to be patient and wait for support to reply to your ticket. If you bump the request, it will drop you back to the end of the line. Hopefully they will get back to you soon. And be sure to check your Spam and Junk email folders as they sometimes get sent there by mistake.
