I have an idea how the ban system could be improved At first I want to say that I only consider ranked games for these changes. So my idea is to punish the summoner depending on the reason he got reported for and had been proven guilty. So if you had been proven guilty for feeding multiple games u will get demoted.

If u had been proven guilty of harassment, negative attitude or something like this you will be chat banned and can only send 3 messages per game (first ban is for 2 games increasing with each ban).

If u went afk multiple times you will still get banned for an amount of time.

In order to decide who should get banned you could bring back the tribunal. Maybe give Hextech chests or keys as a reward to the "judges".

I would be glad if Riot considers my suggestions and think these changes would positively impact the game.

Punishing players isn't the difficult part. It's catching them. Proving people guilty is a more time consuming process than you might think. Automation is necessary, but also really hard to pull off.

Riot removed it for a reason. It was inacurrate, slow, inconsistent and rewarded abusing the system. (People would just hit the 'punish' button and get the reward without actually reviewing anything.

Well i dont find it a bad idea. I mean the system that we do now does a pretty good job. However nothing is perfect and there is Always room for improofment. For things like flame or negatif atitude the bot acts pretty good but when it comes down to feeders or int the bot has it hard to determin or it was a bad game or int. Unless you feed like so hard that even the bot can tell it. Anyway the bot cant really Judge about it and those useally get manual revieuwt. But from what i have heard it takes time like 2 weeks-1month befor a punishment is placed.
