Riot support is just like talking to a wall.

It's just a system of "you're guilty until proven innocent" and "It's your account, it's your responsibility.". After a week I'm still fighting my perma-ban for something I haven't done. All because I didn't make sure a ticket got sent in when the trouble happened. Which was in January. There was account activity I didn't do. When I saw that I did go to the support page, made a ticket and clicked submit. It gave me the confirmation notice on the support page, but I didn't check for the email. Which is where I messed up since it didn't get sent in and they never received it. Over all it's really tiring. The person I am talking to on my ticket, we are just talking in circles. About to request to have someone else talk to me. Right from the start he was already talking to me as though I'm a liar and shouldn't even be even arguing the ban. For as long as I have been a loyal player, and never been in trouble before this, it's just ridiculous. Gonna keep fighting for my account, I won't take this sitting down. Especially when I haven't done anything wrong.

Sorry if this post is a mess, I haven't been able to sleep and needed to post my frustrations.

Sorry but if there was activity on your account and you didn't do it, you are still responsible for the security of your account and not RIOT. Waste all the time you want but reality is reality and ultimately it is your fault.

To work at player behavior support...the interview must go something like this...

"If you get an email asking for help or that has a request,.....what do you do?"

----" I tell them sorry I can't help them and/or just tell them no"

"congrats! your hired"

And

You did something to get to the point of being able to be perma banned... I agree that you should be listened to. But support is your only option.

It's like a Soraka that refuses to heal and decides to build AD.

Coming from blizzard's support, which has options like actually waiting to CALL them, or queues for live chats (that are often not that long, for things like getting locked out of your account for example), Riot's support model is really, really bad for a company of this size.

On top of that, most of the Player Behaviour specialists are not very good at their job, either. Probably have a quota to fill, though, it's not a fun job, and I can easily imagine the position sucking that much.
