Sexual Harassment- this is not okay.

Today I had a player ask me if I masturbate. This is sexual harassment. And it's not okay. This person knows I'm a gurl and I can guarantee if I was a man, he wouldn't of asked me such an inappropriate question. And regardless of my gender, it's still sexual harassment. I would like Riot to have the same system they have for reporting, for blocking. To have a list of reasons of why you're blocking, where certain reasons raise a red flag to Riot so they can take actions to make the community safe for everyone.

Asking if you masturbate is highly inappropriate, but it isn't sexual harassment. If you think that this player deserves a punishment, submit a report and explain your reasons. This is the tool that Riot Games uses to make the community a better place for everyone. Blocking someone has a different purpose: it's just a tool that allows you to avoid reading what someone else types in chat. You can do it for whatever reason and doesn't affect anyone else but you.

I'm a girl. This is what people ask me:

  1. Do you have a boyfriend
  2. Do you masturbate
  3. Would you like to sext
  4. Would you like to join TS/Skype/Curse
  5. Would you like to be fuck buddies.

Guess what?

Still not giving any fucks.

There is an ignore button for a reason, and an unfriend button. Girls ask guys that online, and trolls ask either sex. This is the internet.

But if you're blocking the person, it shouldn't matter what the reason is for. You're ceasing communication with them. Reports for sexual harassment would fall under verbal abuse and unsportsmanlike conduct.

personally, idk why gender matters in a anonymous game? if you don't want to be harassed for gender, abstain from informing people.

people cant be banned for asking their "friends" inappropriate things. they're your "friends" you decide who to keep and who to not.

if someone were to continue interacting with someone that is talking to them sexually, to the point of sending images, that is their choice and riot is not liable for the interactions between "friends"

your complaints sound like a mother that is using league for a babysitter for your tween daughters instead of teaching them how to tell a user from a true friend, expecting riot to take care of every perverted adult in its community from being pervs to their friends.

Unsure why you're getting downvoted...if it's harassment/unacceptable to ask in real life then why is it okay online...

I agree. I can't stand the way girls get treated online.
